The
KCA membership application process is not a instantaneous
one.
- Once
an application is received, it is screened to assure
that all information is complete and that the
2 required sponsors are regular members in good standing
of the KCA. If you don't know any current members,
please contact the club's New Membership Chair for
assistance in obtaining sponsorship.
- The application is then sent to the Club secretary
and the applicant's name is added to the club's mailing
list... a courtesy copy of the next Newsletter (Kuvasz
Quarterly) will be sent.
- The Club's constitution requires that each new membership
applicant be published for comment from the membership.
This is normally done thru the Club's Newsletter (Kuvasz
Quarterly) which is issued approximately every 3 months.
- Only after the application has been published, and
a 30 day period for comment has been met, can the application
be voted on by the Board.
- Once the decision is made, the applicant is notified
of the club's decision. If, for any reason, the application
is denied the application fee will be returned.
