The 10th Annual Kuvasz Club of America National Specialty!!

This landmark event will be held in conjunction with the Kennel Club of Greater Victoria’s All-Breed Show at The Joe and Harry Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, Texas on March 7, 2002!!

Hotel Information: By the time you are reading this there will be limited time to reserve your room at the La Quinta Inn located at 6410 I-35 North Expressway. A block of 50 rooms has been reserved at a rate of $62 per night. Members have until February 18, 2002 to reserve a room in this block at this rate. You must state that you're with the Kuvasz Club of America and give them our group confirmation #55645155. The reservation # is 1-800-531-5900. The hotel desk is 210-653-6619.

Driving Information: San Antonio is bisected by Highways I-10(E-W) and I-35(N-S).

Airport Information: The San Antonio International Airport is approximately 7 miles from the host hotel.

Show Site Information: The Joe and Harry Freeman Coliseum is located approximately 4 miles from the host hotel. It is an enclosed site with plenty of grooming space and a large bathing area. Hookups are available, and there is a KOA campground directly across the street.

Weds, March 6th – Hospitality room opens; pet-picnic and judges education.
Thurs, March 7thThe 10th Annual Kuvasz Club of America National Specialty and Parade of Kuvasz
Thurs evening March 7th- CGC testing and Fun Match will be held one hour after BIS. 
Fri, March 8th - All-Breed show. Banquet, Awards and Auction Friday evening, location still pending approval.
Sat, March 9th - All-Breed show. Planned side trips of your choice. Possibilities include: a Riverboat Cruise Dinner, a road trip to historic Gruene, TX, our famous Riverwalk, maybe a tour of our cherished missions, and don’t forget the Alamo!
Sun, March 10th - All-Breed show. Join Dan and Debbie Wasson at the famous Gruene Hall to enjoy legendary entertainer, Fred Eaglesmith.
